I started this blog post fully intending to post a differnt app to this one. however I couldn’t find The typography Manual anywhere on the iTunes Store, and while it’s still a great app and working perfectly on my device, I diced to omit it instead for this app. Typography is an app based on the Typography Kicks Ass website, a site made out of the shear love for typography. It uses a random image of a letter from flickr to display a message of your choosing.

This app used to be called Inquisitor, and to be honest while it’s appearance hasn’t changed a great deal since those days, I think I preferred the older version of the app before Yahoo took over. The purplish icon and blue tint to everything doesn’t do anything for me, and the added features have given the app a new level of complexity, That said it’s still a great looking search app.
